Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using this Google Sheets tool referred to as the “Service” operated by Yagisanatode (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Content

Our Service allows you to log your daily project tasks and track your earnings over daily periods in a Google Sheet.

This tool is managed through a Google Sheet manager that you make a copy of and own. The Google Sheet contains Google Apps Script that you can view and review.

While every attempt is made to provide a working and accurate Service.  You are responsible for the outcome of the data and any loss of data or format that may result after the use of the Service.

Copyright and Ownership

Yagisanatode owns the intellectual property to the script and attached Google Sheets Manager as part of the Service and is copywritten under the Yagisanatode name.

The purchaser of this Service does not have permission to share, resell or repackage the service. Modifications to the service and the purchaser's version of the Google Sheet manager and its script can only be modified for the purchasers use. No modification can be made to the purchaser's version which can be made for resale.

Links To Other Web Sites and 3rd Parties

Our Service contains Google Apps Script code that uses the Google Sheets basic API. No data is sent to any third party.

Yagisanatode has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Yagisanatode shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is required we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is for the Service provided in this course known onwards as Service.

This Service adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Your data

Your data does not leave your Google Workspace environment. The Google Apps Script connected to your Google Sheet runs exclusively in your copy of the Google Sheet template.

3rd Party Access

The Service relied on Google Apps Script and its connected APIs and Google Sheets. The user makes a copy of the service software and hosts this on their own account.

No other 3rd parties are used.

Scopes

A number of Google Apps Script Scopes are used to access your Google Sheet template to move rows of data from one Google Sheet tab to another.
